Five A's Cafe has a very good Lunch menu. You get a choice of an entree, fried rice and chow mein and Hot and Sour soup. The service is good and you get out quickly. If you are looking for a good Chinese Resturant in Burlingame this is a ...?

Five A's Cafe has some dishes that are spicy such as the mongolian beef. Since I am pregnant and trying to stay away from MSG, this is one of a handful of chinese restaurants that I can eat at confidently. I like that the kitchen is open, so that customers can watch the chefs cook.?

I had two dishes from this place. The 1st tasted like water. The second tasted like salt. I appreciate the fact that they don't use MSG, but they seem to have taken this philosophy to the extreme and abandoned seasonings altogether. Even on my worst cooking day, I don't know if I'd be able to banish the flavor from each ingredient with quite the same facility that this place displays. The lunch special portions are decent for the price, though, so I gave them two stars. An okay deal if you have no interest in tasting your food.?
